His voice was low, but there was a strong sense of anger behind it. "Do you have any idea what it's like? To have her here, but not have her here?"

On the first 'here' he stroked the TARDIS again, but then he turns and on the second 'here', he gestures to his head. And there he goes again, getting emotional and angry.

"I need one thing! Just one!"

He stalks closer to Helena, but if she looks carefully at him, he's not angry at her and won't take any action against her.

"Get me to 'Q'."

That's all he needs. Then all of this would be over.
