I'll never find someone quite as touched as you - Locked to Zoey Westen
Now that the Klingon business had finished, and Helena had done her part in helping to get the shields back up and running, she was settling back into life on the Enterprise. Of course, she was having issues with her insomnia and circadian rhythm, but she was doing her best to ignore it because she didn't want to have to take medication or something for it. She'd survived this long with a screwed sleep-wake cycle, she could continue.
But it was easier to ignore it all with Zoey here. And Helena was aware of the fact that she was in love with Zoey. Her arrival here and initial fear of having lost her had made those feelings apparent to her. Helena just hadn't exactly said as much to Zoey yet. She was afraid to say it, that saying it aloud would assure that she'd lose Zoey just like she'd lost everyone else she'd ever loved. Somewhere in her head, she could hear Dorian telling her to just tell Zoey, assuring her that she felt the same way. Even so, she was still afraid and nervous and there hadn't been much of a chance to actually confess such feelings. Perhaps that would change in the future, with the proper setting.
Perhaps that day could be today for Helena was making use of the fact the ship they were on had a far wider choice of things to do, and she and Zoey needed a proper date. Or at least a proper date since the stops the Egime had made in various worlds.
So first was doing something on the holodecks. She'd asked Zoey to meet her at one, which she'd arrived early and called up a library for the to move around in. Because why not echo the place they had first met in back in Niflheim? Helena was sad that it wasn't a real library, but considering they seemed to have left physical books behind a couple centuries prior, this was the closest she could get. Helena waited patiently, wearing a blue oxford shirt, the top couple buttons undone as usual, exposing her locket, and dark denim skinny jeans. It was her normal outfit, though she had a couple tank tops and short sleeved shirts in her wardrobe as well, but for the moment, she felt this look was good enough.
Once they were done on the holodeck, there would be dinner in their room. What date was complete without dinner, after all?

It was why, a little time later, she was arriving to the Holodeck that Helena had requested they meet at in a pair of black knee high boots, a comfortable, dark blue skirt that she’d chosen mostly for the way it moved when she walked, and a light blue high collared shirt that had a touch of the Victorian to it.
The Holodeck door hissed closed behind her, and she couldn’t help but grin when she saw the program Helena had chosen. Blue eyes sparkling, she closed the distance between them and kissed her girlfriend lightly on the lips.
“You have impeccable taste.”

When she heard the door open and close, she turned to face Zoey, a warm smile on her face. She returned the kiss, her smile widening.
"Thank you, I felt it appropriate for our first date aboard the Enterprise." Her gaze ran over Zoey, taking in her appearance and she had to chuckle softly. "We also seem to have coordinated colors today." Not that it was a bad thing, Helena's favorite color was blue. She took Zoey's hand in her own and lifted it, pressing a kiss to the back of it, dark eyes glittering. "Shall we?" She asked, intending to lead Zoey further into the library.

“I approve utterly,” she replied. It was perfect. They did have a thing for libraries, after all. She grinned. “It seems we did.” The kiss that Helena pressed to the back of her hand made her blue eyes sparkle. “We shall.”

Smiling widely, Helena thread her fingers through Zoey's before turning and heading into the library. Of course, she headed for the science fiction section, considering they both had a love for that genre in particular.
"Now I had a thought, what if we picked a book to read together? The only catch is to choose one, which could potentially be difficult given our prolific love of literature."

“I think that’s a fantastic idea,” she replied with a grin. “It might take us a while to choose one, though.” Using their interlaced hand she drew her girlfriend to her and kissed her gently. “Perhaps we should start looking.”

Helena returned Zoey's kiss, letting it linger for some moments before she pulled back enough to gaze into Zoey's eyes, one hand coming up to gently caress her cheek. "It is difficult to look at books when I am with such a beautiful woman." There was a flicker of something in her eyes that went with how her heart skipped a beat or two.
She was in love, and it was getting difficult to not let it show through.

And Helena was definitely not to let Zoey go for anything.
