At this point in time, Trunks should be used to surprises. Nothing seemed to be going the way he expected it to--which was why he was so confused, he was in the past, nothing should be this unpredictable.
So he has no idea why he's suddenly in a bar, floating above a table of shocked humans--okay, revised to mostly humans, he's not sure what the blue person is--when he'd just been hovering over the scene of what was, evidently, a fierce battle against a completely unknown opponent that he'd missed.
He drifts off to the left with a quiet apology, touching down to solid ground and looking around, casting out his senses to try to find a sign of anyone familiar...and failing.
"What..." He glances at a watch-like device on his wrist--looking slightly alarmed at its display--and then out the window.
The stars rushing by cause him to step back slightly. Not because he's afraid, but because for being the son of an alien prince, he's never been to space.
"Oh no...this is all so wrong."
