Todd has only met Jack Harkness once before, and it was some time ago. Though it was a meeting that the old Wraith won't soon forget. Partially because the fact that he is still alive is in part owed to that meeting. And, because, what manner of human can survive to fully feed a Wraith and not only still live, but remain in perfect health?

Simply put, Harkness is a strange one, and Todd remains as intrigued to this day as he was on that first meeting.

Seeing the man out and about, the Wraith isn't slow to approach him, stepping over to the bar but remaining standing rather than taking a seat. "Harkness," he greets with a slight bow of his head. "How are you this day?"
