He had never managed to find a good way to explain to people what had happened to them when they arrived here, and he'd been on one end of this conversation numerous times because of his work in Sickbay: there were a number of the people brought here by Q who showed up suddenly in the Sickbay in need of urgent medical attention in much the same way that Simon and Kaylee did.

"It's a medical facility. You were knocked out. I'm a doctor, you have any other injuries?"
