Seeing the device he used that seemed to scan her, she arched her brows a bit. "Technically, I died once. That was undone by a bit of time travel to save the world. The explosion that killed me unleashed devastation on the world that needed to be reversed." Well, it hadn't just killed her. Mrs. Frederic had died due to the Warehouse being destroyed. Pandora's Box had been destroyed, thus leaving the world without hope, and chaos had apparently reigned in the initial timeline of her world. So there was potentially some amount of that. Her timeline had been rewritten.

"Almost died, I lost count of those." She added that mostly as a quip. Helena certainly wasn't a fixed point in time, but she was probably an anomaly of a sort.
