She considers how to answer his first question.
"Typically, a Time Lord can have thirteen faces. But... a thing happened.... And we do not rightly know how many he can have."
It could be infinite. He might outlive her. She wouldn't wish that upon him, though. Her voice goes soft at his last observation.
"Most people don't. Even the Doctor forgets the parts I've played in the blood he has on his hands..."
