A number of us, each on their own, are looking into ways to get home, but so far as I know, no one has found a way. Sometimes, Q will seemingly randomly send people back to their homes, but some people have been on this ship the entire year and some change since it started."

They'll show you guest quarters, and then help you find Sickbay, where they'll make sure you neither die of future plague, nor have brought plague from the past to kill people with.
