Luna's curious nature got the better of her in the end: so her hand slipped into the hat and pulled out a small moving model. But not just any sort of moving model (but they were like the ones from the Tri-Wizard tournament during the dragon challenge): it was a model of a crumple horned snorkack from her world (granted all anyone knew was stories so nobody had any real idea what one even looked like). So cue tiny blonde in a massive fit of giggles once she's far enough from the hat to burst out laughing.
