She hears the song--she definitely hears it, and it isn't particularly a favorite of hers so far--and flicks her head as if it's an irritant while she watches the water beneath her. She could walk farther out to see the fish, and does so slowly though to move forward she still has to lower herself down so the soles of her feet are touching the water.
