dreams_dont_die: (This is a conspiracy)

Under some circumstances, he'd be more than happy to introduce Harper. After all, introductions are only polite. However, politeness is the last thing he can expect from Harper in a lot of situations. That's the reason Harper winds up in the machine shop most of the time where there are diplomats around on the Andromeda, and why Dylan had been reluctant to make the introduction Harper's complaining he didn't get.

"Harper. Lucie is my roommate."

Whatever Harper means by that 'not at all' about him being alone. Hell, Lucie doesn't even like him. Dylan's surprised she's even here to see him, as much as he appreciates the flowers. They barely speak most of the time; Dylan's been good to his word to stay out of her way if she wanted him to.

Now, though, because it is the polite thing to do and because, whatever the state of things is with him and Lucie and, for that matter, with him and Harper, he's going to do the polite thing here, he looks back over at Lucie.

"Lucie, Harper's the engineer on my ship."
