Ezri shifted her weight from one foot to the other, and looked at the door. Or rather, she looked at the door and the security officers guarding it. There was no way she was going to get out of this. Besides, she was a Starfleet Officer, and she obeyed orders. But what if those orders led her to Julian? It wouldnt take two shakes of a lamb's tail for him to figure out who she was. Then came questions, concerns, and a good amount of worry. Not to mention the whole breaking of the Temporal Prime Directive. Dammit. None of her lives had prepared her for this!
Ezri bit her lip, fidgiting, before she nervously clasped her hands behind her back in an effort to stop waving them around wildly. Thanks Lela.
Maybe she could request another doctor if she got Julian? Yeah, right, that wouldn't look odd at all. And there was nothing to prevent him from checking her file. It would be plain to see. She slumped back, feeling nervous and slightly defeated.
Julian!
