He set the medical scanner aside. "Lie down for me. The biobed needs to get your complete readings so we can log them in the database. It'll help us out in case you're injured in combat. Your race isn't logged into the system." He paused, giving her a mildly concerned glance. "I'll also have to take a blood sample."
