The readings didn't change. "That'd be best." He sounded a bit distracted. He remembered a reading from another patient that looked pretty similar, but he had to log it more carefully just to be sure. He picked up another device and looked down at Adam.

"Just a weird reading. One more device then we'll see about getting you out of here. Sorry kid, just gotta be sure. Sit up for me."

Once Adam would sit up, Leonard would hold up a blue medical pad of sorts. "I've got to put this on your face. Is that going to be a problem?" That's code for are you going to freak out because he so did not need that.
