Definitely not in Kansas anymore: OTA
One moment, she was in the entryway of the manor with Piper, trying to explain what was going on to Dr. Griffiths. The next, she was most definitely not in the entryway of the manor. She was...somewhere she didn't recognize.
"Okaaaay, this is new. Phoebe! What did you do?!" Prue called. She didn't think Phoebe could actually hear her, but she'd yell about it anyway. Because obviously Phoebe was the one responsible for whatever had just happened. She'd been the one going to the Book of Shadows, she could've easily cast a spell without Prue or Piper knowing about it. Except as she looked around, and received a couple odd looks from other people around her, she didn't see Piper.
"Uh, sorry. Force of habit. Sisters, you know." Prue explained with a half shrug and a pained smile. So she just decided to move on and figure out where exactly she was. Because that was half the battle of getting back. She needed to get back home in order to help protect Dr. Griffiths from the demon that was after him.
She was in a place that seemed to be a bar or restaurant. And some people she saw didn't look quite human. But they didn't quite look like demons either. "I'm definitely not in Kansas anymore," she said as she headed for what looked like a door.

Piper held her hands to her chest as she looked at the woman she hadn't seen in so long. Part of her wondered if it was just proof that this was a dream, if Prue was an illusion, or if her sister really was standing right there in front of her.
"Prue?"

But before that, she suddenly registered that her sister was there.
"Yeah, it's me. Who else would I be? Wait, don't answer that, we both know better. But yeah, it's me. Why are you surprised by that?" Prue was a little suspicious, but she was more concerned about the fact they were in some futuristic place. "Is this some sort of time travel spell because gotta say, it packs one hell of a wallop."

She worked her jaw a few times to will more words to come out but no sound came out.
"Uh...someone beyond the Elders is in charge, from what I've heard."
no subject
"Someone beyond the Elders? I didn't think that was possible." After everything they'd seen the Elders being capable of doing, Prue wasn't certain she wanted to know how much worse someone beyond them could be.
And then she narrowed her eyes in suspicion. "Why are you looking at me like that?"

Comes a voice as Prue walks past. And there, leant against the bar, is Cole Turner.
"Hey, Prue." You're supposed to be dead, but Cole isn't questioning it.
no subject
"You," she said. It wasn't quite accusatory, but it was getting close to it. Her first instinct was to throw Cole into the nearest wall with her telekinesis, but she resisted that. For now. "Please tell me this isn't some spell that's trapped us together again. The time loop was bad enough."
And god help Cole if there was no one else here to act as a buffer between them.
no subject
"Not a spell, and not just us." Cole shifts a bit. "An entity known as Q brought us here. Phoebe and Piper are here, too, as well as a Whitelighter called Chris." His expression then darkens slightly. "The kicker? Piper and Phoebe are both from the future."

Chris tried again. "Uh....Crap. Have you.....met anyone yet? Piper maybe? Phoebe?" So he could go run and get them and all have this little freak out together. Brave Chris, real brave.
no subject
"How do you know Piper and Phoebe?" Of course she instantly went on the defensive, not certain of whether he was friend or foe. Even if there was a family resemblance, she was more trying to assess the entire situation. And she wasn't going to directly answer his question until she got some answers herself. She'd been through too much crap given to her and her sisters by the Triad and the Elders to just blindly trust he was a friend.

"Of course I know Piper and Phoebe. I'm their Whitelighter." And apparently not yours, Chris thought. Which was interesting. Maybe because you're dead. He held up a hand. "Leo got a promotion." And just to prove he wasn't a demon or anything, Chris orbed in place. "See? Whitelighter."

"Uh sorry, I don't mean to be rude with my staring. This is just one seriously strange trip." She meant that in the sense of having a trip from taking some drug. But she was also clearly on a literal trip. One that she didn't exactly want to be on because she had an innocent to save.

At least this one hadn't gone straight to comparing her to a troll, goblin or leprechaun. Small favours. "Q manages to confuse everyone when he drags them on board."

"Woah, there... Someone's in a hurry." He remarks, before pausing a second, taking in who he's talking to. "You new here?"

"I think I can help with finding people." He motions for Prue to follow. "Save ya from scourin' each deck."

"Okay, then who or what was it?" She wanted to know so she could find them and make them send her back home. She was in the middle of something really important, and being here was stopping her from doing that.
that's okay!
"The problem is, that he refuses to show himself, and he isn't in our Book of Shadows." Phoebe is drinking the sight of her sister as she babbles, afraid that she might be snatched away again at any point.

He gives a delayed blink at the comment about sisters.
"I don't have any siblings so I'm not really sure what that has to do with anything." He tilts his head at Prue curiously. She feels interesting to the pint sized empath. Andrew supposes he should put his shields back up before she gives him a headache but he doesn't see any danger of that just yet.
"I think I know what happened. Um. Can we find some place to sit? I'll explain what I know, I promise ma'am," Andrew offers with a shy smile at the woman.

"Oh, well, siblings can be frustrating and infuriating more often than not. They're sort of like having a best friend around you constantly. Eventually, tempers flare." Though sometimes tempers flared far more often than that between her and Phoebe, but that was besides the point here.
"Uh yeah, of course." She also hadn't expected answers from him, but she smiled. "Thank you. I'm Prue, by the way," she introduced herself.

"My best friend is a dog," Andrew says carefully trying to hide any amusement. "I'm pretty sure if I ever have younger siblings I'd treat them different than Bernie."
He smiles at Prue finally giving up on his mostly serious reaction. "Andrew. Um. Do you like tea? They have some pretty nice kinds here. I'm more of a hot chocolate fan, personally."
He's still a kid. The sort with an addiction to chocolate.
