That sounded like it would take a fair amount of time though she was used to focusing and channeling so she at least knew how to practice. She took a step forward looking hopefully up into his gaze.

"Would you walk me through it.. just once. I don't think.." She paused looking for for a moment, her hand resting on her chest. "I don't think I've ever been that aware of myself." But she knew she could be taught.
