Minoru knew he was going in for a medical checkup, but had no idea what to expect. He'd been in medical facilities on a variety of worlds, some more technologically advanced than others, but this was just plain out of this world! Doctors were scanning people with little machines instead of their hands! And could the beds actually take vitals?! You could get food from a box in the wall, so hell, anything was possible here!

(The doctors would likely find Minoru curiously fascinating as well. He was human, through and through, but his biological age didn't seem to match his chronological age. He claimed to be 42, but the tricorders read 32. And that wasn't the only peculiar thing about his body. He could do a few things that definitely weren't human.)
