Raiden's hat again betrays that he catches Fujin 'playing' as they search for a spot to make their little rain storm. As tired as they both are, there's still that pleased spark at seeing his brother truly happy for the first time in what Raiden is only now realizing has been too long of a time.

When Fujin starts bringing up the water, creating a windy mist while Raiden hovers higher up, he starts to charge the air and weaving his own magics. In short order they get some clouds forming and while there's a part of him that wants to build the whole storm right up into a proper thunderstorm, he curtails his enthusiasm and suffices with a small layer of rain clouds.

His own charge is enough though to send a few wisps of electricity arcing between the clouds, keeping it safely away from any creatures in the water. Once the rain starts to fall, and an arc of thunder crackles weakly by him inside the storm, he stops building it, and just lets himself sink below the clouds. Looking up through his hat, he puts his arms out to the sides and soaks up both the rain, and the full sensation of the tiny storm above him. Closing his eyes, his entire form is relaxed, even more-so than when he'd been basking in the sun. It's not exactly Earthrealm, but for a moment all that matters is the smell of ozone and falling rain, and he can almost forget his troubles for the time being.
