Raiden can't help but return the smile, and set his own hand on Fujin's shoulder in return. As much as he liked to be called 'brother', it was something else whenever Fujin called him an old friend. Among gods such an acknowledgement almost meant more than family, and it warmed Raiden's heart whenever he heard those words.
"We will make it a habit. I swear to it. I do not know how long it will be until our next landfall, but I promise we will do this again." Raiden stays in the sun, letting himself dry out but he watches Fujin curiously as he captures the rainwater from his hair. Raiden's never seen him do this before, and he wonders if it has something to do with the state of his arrival. Either way, it's clear it means much to the Wind god, and Raiden turns his face toward the sun, giving him a moment.
