Steve's been trained for emergency situations like this. There's something different about that first rumble, no matter how everyday the doctor makes it sound. His grip tightens on the bag slung over his shoulder, and it's a good thing -- a moment later the floor is crumbling away, and a large piece falls from the ceiling. Steve runs to clear people out of the way, positioning himself over a stranger who has fallen so the debris glances off the bag on his back. There's a distinct clang, and it smarts, but the vibranium shield hidden within is sturdy enough to keep them both safe.

"Get to cover!" he shouts. "Move, move, move!"

He yanks his shield free from the bag and fastens it to his arm, a flash of red, silver and blue as he charges through the room, helping people under tables and pulling them from harm's way. He's only so quick, though. A wall of stone falls over him, and until the dust clears the super soldier is quiet.

He breaks through the rubble, shaking the shock off, and looks around the room. Everything has settled, but the room is a mess of shorting circuitry and broken furniture, lights dim and air cloudy. He coughs, dimly noticing the alarms and the faint hiss of something broken. A pipe, maybe?

"Is everyone okay?" he shouts, knocking debris out of the way as he looks for other survivors. "Are there any wounded?"
