If you're in the lounge about the same time Noriko is--which is often--you've seen the familiar beacon-blue hair, and that comes in handy. Especially if you happen to be curious as to why said bright head is today being trailed down the hallway by an awful lot of black fabric. She's trying to keep most of it in her arms and thus off the floor because there's a cat wandering around somewhere and she has no idea how inclined it is to put holes in things, but when you're dealing with thirty-odd feet of the stuff that can be difficult.
Assuming you follow the trail all the way to the gym, you'll find her either on the ground, looking at how to arrange the curious half-knots and twists of silk to keep her from falling out, or up in the air hanging upside-down by her ankles. (This part may or may not be unintentional, but hey, she likes upside-down anyway.)

Now he's currently standing just slightly off to one side looking up at her with a mix of curiosity and confusion as to what she's trying to attempt if anything. "I would think hanging upside down like that would get rather uncomfortable if done for more than a few seconds." He remarked after a moment.

"Does wonders for spinal decompression, too." Which would be her way of saying she's a little bit stuck on how to get down again.

"If need help getting yourself out of the bind your in, I could offer a helping hand."

"I really do like the decompression. You should try it, you seem uptight."

The question is genuine. He is somewhat curious as to how it's done. Yes, it looks simple enough, but appearances are deceiving and he has his doubts on the activity's actual simplicity.
