Hyun-ae was quite lost. This architecture was all wrong, the database structures were weird and winding, and she couldn't get anywhere near the diagnostics, engineering, or navigation systems without running up against security problems. What she didn't realize was she was setting off all kinds of alarm bells every time she ran up against a security authorization she couldn't brute-force.
But finally, she found it! A place she could communicate from! She appeared without warning on the large viewscreen at the front of the bridge, in a hanbok consisting of a blue jacket with slightly darker blue flowers, and a bright pink skirt. A white text box appeared next to her, and she appeared slightly nervous. "Er, Miss Investigator?" she said, in the form of text on the screen. Unfortunately, it appeared in Korean.
Oh no, this wasn't the White Princess at all. There were a lot of people here. Mostly men. But the women were in pants, that was promising. "Hi there! My name is *Hyun-ae. I am a database management AI from the White Princess! Er... Where am I? I am being blocked from all navigation protocols, this is very unusual..." Still her messages appeared only in Korean.
After that was cleared up, she began to explore the ship as best she could, through the databases and through the various terminals across the ship. "Oh, hello! Sorry for interrupting, I've gotten quite lost! My name is *Hyun-ae. It's a pleasure to meet you!"

Twice.
(Not the local navigational conventions she was reviewing. Not any more, at least.)
"I'm Marika. Marika Kato. May I ask where you're calling from?"

"Hi there," he says cheerfully enough. "Sorry, about that, you're the first Ai who's ever said hi to me."

A soldier? Or maybe a security officer? She'd have to be careful. She quickly skimmed the Enterprise's crew manifest to see if his name was on it. "My parents named me." So much for being careful.

Tony was close to it, as was Bruce, and Ael, and others. But he hadn't seen anyone finish it, not yet.

"You have an elegant design." He nodded absently as she spoke, eyes on his scans. "I've met no other AI's here. Just sophisticated sub-sentient computer arrays."
ugh sorry for the hella slow
"I haven't found any record of the generation ship Mugunghwa or the starship White Princess in the Federation database, either..."
No worries!
he waved a hand at the crowd around them.
"Welcome to the 24th century."
Re: No worries!
"The 24th century?" She brought up the current star date and converted it to Earth years. "Eeeh? I'm not even born yet!"

maybe he could work with her.

"Well, there's only one person in particular. So maybe it's not as bad." Hopefully.

He eyed her and nodded. Do you know much about science?" He wasn't going to assume just because she was in a computer that she was a nerd.

"Um, Hello. I'm Yuna..you're?" Her voice trailed off trying to pin point the exact word that was coming to mind.

Yuna stared trying to make it make sense in her head.

Yuna was trying to make sense of it, being trapped in a computer didn't sound like fun. "I'm sorry.. I mean people just appear here sometimes."

Yuna sort of got it. She smiled looked at the girl on the screen. "Im sorry I didn't understand before. There isn't anything like AI in my world."
She paused for a moment. "You said you were kidnapped? Maybe what happened to me happened to you? I had just woken up here one day."

But finally, she sighed. "What happened to me must be functionally the equivalent to that. When I came on-line this was not the ship I expected to be on."

She only vaguely understood that someone could be integrated into something like a computer and even that was a little fuzzy. For the moment she knew that the girl was there only talking to her on the screen.
