Meanwhile, in a random hallway...
There was a flash, and a small form crumpled to the floor in a heap. When it shifted a few moments later with a soft pained noise, it was revealed to be a tiny female no bigger than a small human child. She was roughly between 2 and a half and 3 feet tall, thin and waiflike with long pale white blonde hair. A hooded robe covered what she was wearing, but she was barefoot.
It also was clear that she wasn't human.
Raising her head, her large eyes widened further as she realized she was in a different place entirely. Echoes of the pain in her back prevented her from getting up right away, but she managed to shift and roll to the side against the wall. Further down the hall, she saw another hallway crossing in another direction. People walked along there but they were not Gelfling or even Skeksis. They were beings she'd never seen before. And tall. Much taller than she'd ever encountered before.
"Jen?" She called, frightened. Wherever she was it was so alien It felt dead. Nothing like the living forests of her home. She fought panic, while she tried to comprehend what had happened to her. The last she remembered, she had just thrown Jen the shard of the Dark Crystal as the Skeksis surrounded her. She hoped that he was able to heal the crystal and fulfill the prophecy! Her heart ached, worried for her friend. And Fizgig. Poor Fizgig had fallen down the fiery pit after jumping to her aid to protect her. Grief warred with the worry.
She had to try and be strong for both of them.
It took a couple tries, but the gelfling managed to get to her feet, leaning with both hands on the wall. She slowly and shakily made her way down the hall while using the wall for balance, feeling the odd vibrations in the wall and floor but not sure what they meant. Nor did she know where she was or how she got there.
All she could do was slowly put one foot infront of the other.

"Are you hurt?"
no subject
"I...I'm not sure." She said finally. She had gotten struck from behind by one of the Skeksis, but she didn't remember much beyond that. The white hot pain that had hit her then at that moment was gone though. Only echoes remained.
"Where am I? Who are you?" She asked quieter.
no subject
"My name is Cridhe. If this place seems unfamiliar to you, then I can tell you that you are aboard a star ship, Enterprise. If you are not sure if you're hurt or not, we should probably have you looked over in the medical bay."
no subject
"I'm Kira. I'm a gelfling." She said finally by way of introduction. Her voice sounded small to her ears. Probably from the shock of being displaced. "I was at the castle of the Crystal. With Jen. We were trying to heal the Dark Crystal...the prophecy..." Her voice faded a little, the little female clearly worried. To her, that was more important that being injured for the moment.
"I have to find him. Figure out a way back. He needs my help!"
no subject
Because. Wow! She didn't know they existed. She shakes her head.
"Sorry. You... don't need to worry about Jen. You've been taken from your universe and you've been brought here."
That sounded more comforting in her head.

She sagged a little against the wall, head bowed. It couldn't be. Jen needed her! She had thrown the shard to him when the Skeksis had attacked her. She had gotten hit from behind. Where the white hot pain had pierced her back, there was a warm dull throbbing pain. Right between where her wings were concealed.
"The magic that brought me here. Can it bring me back?" She asked, voice breathy and rushed - as if trying unsuccessfully to conceal her anxiety. She had to be strong - for both her and Jen.
no subject
"The magic that brought you here is very powerful. But I promise you, we will find a way to send you back. It just might take a bit of time."
She starts again, quietly. "You're used to being on a planet and looking up at the stars. Well, this ship we're on..." She gestures around them. "... It is sailing among the stars."
no subject
Her mouth opened slightly in amazement at the mention of the ship sailing among the stars. "Really?" She asked, not really sure how that was possible either. "I didn't know that could be possible! This must be a place of amazing magic!"
no subject
She looks over the small creature.
"But, I think we should get you looked over. Just to make sure you're okay."
She stands slowly and offers her hand.
"Come on, we'll go to the medical bay and see if any of the doctors can look you over."
no subject
"I was struck in the back....just before I appeared here. It's the last thing I remember." She admitted, reaching out a long three fingered hand to grasp Cridhe's. "I think they stabbed me..." She added softer, cringing as she stepped away from the wall, using the other woman for balance.
no subject
"They have very good medical care here. We just have to make it to the medical bay."
She looks down at the creature and then gets down on her knees.
"I should be able to carry you, if you want to climb onto my back. But you don't have to, if it will hurt you."
