Intro - Ten Forward
The doors to Ten Forward open with their familiar noise and in slides in a man in a long, red, leather coat. He has his eyes shut, and is basically dancing pretty enthusiastically to music that is, no doubt, coming from the set of headphones around his ears.
In fact, those closer to him may pick up on the slightly tinny music coming from them.
He manages to groove a bit further into the lounge before stopping dead, opening his eyes and looking around.
To say he looks shocked is an understatement.

The best way to greet new people is obviously to tease them.

Wan's eyes were focused on them, his brows knitted quizically as he tilted his head to the side. The air in their immediate vicinity swirled around their heads, directed by a breeze just strong enough to be felt. Almost like standing directly under an air conditioner. Wan was listening to the music now that he was close enough the air could let him hear it properly and in a moment or two, he was smiling and nodding along with it.
"How do you make that music? It's wonderful."
I AM SO SORRY THIS IS SO LATE
"Uh." He blinks at Wan, before shifting, unclipping the walkman from his belt. "I don't make it... This does." He holds the plastic object up.

He glances around himself, before leaning in towards Wan.
"So, uh... Since I answered your question, can you answer one for me?"

There's a rather well dressed man sitting at the main bar. He's quite aware of the things going on around him, and the oddly acting man who is dressed quite unlike the officers of the crew.
"I take it you're new here? Well, you may want to sit down and order yourself a drink. No alcohol, but there is this replacement called synthehol. I quite like it, actually."

This guy's pretty close by, and he's getting a quick look up and down, before Quill looks around.
"...Where's here?"

"Come join me. You'll most likely be greeted by a rather large man with a bumpy head and a yellow uniform soon, but it's always better to be calm and collected before facing Security. Tea? Or do you prefer a different drink?"

Excuse him, Doctor, while he just processes that, before moving in and sitting beside him.
"No... Tea's fine, thanks." He says, before frowing. "So... Lemme get this straight. Some dimensional jackass lifted me from where I was and dumped me here?"

(Not harshly, though. He has some decent moves, and she mucks about with a Time Lord who has entered strange places doing worse. Been a while since she's seen a Walkman, though.)
If he happens to glance her way, he'll see her waving.
ONLY THREE MONTHS LATE
Glancing around again, he's going to slowly make his way towards Amy, tensed up slightly, because, bro. This doesn't normally happen.
"Uh... Hi." He says, once within earshot.
No worries, mate! :)
Just watching him tells her a few things about him.
"You can come closer, I don't bite," she scolds, still amused.
All right, so she'll have a bit of fun at his expense first.
"I'm also not the reason you're here, so don't try any funny business with me. Showed up same way you did, only with less moon-wakin'," she smirks.

And then something clicks. "Oh! You mean... Like Michael Jackson?"
He hadn't heard anything from him in so long. Well, except for that one Jackson Five song.

All right, so he's from Earth. Some version of it, at any rate.
"It was a joke," she adds, accent coming out a little thick.
She cants her head to one shoulder. "You all right?"
