Whitelighter office hours are now in session [open]
Chris had replicated a pen and padd of paper--it just felt weird to work on spells on a PADD and he couldn't afford distractions. Trying to help Trever last night hadn't gone well, but hopefully he'd show up today for their 'date' AKA the only way he could get the man to sit with him and brainstorm about how to break whatever magic had hold of him.
So, Chris was in Ten Forward, a couple of pieces of paper spread over the table, each containing a different spell or potion, or some combination of the two. He had a couple different spells and potions for sleeping, a spell to discourage a lover and remove gods from mortals that he had found in the Warren Book of Shadows. But he was still concerned with how any magic he did might react with the magic already working on Trever.
Chris bit his pen, and twirled it between his fingers, frustrated. Maybe he could find a leprechaun? They could use a little luck.

Chris sorted through his papers, putting them in an order and different piles. "I have a couple different options for you." Chris headed right into it. He got the neurotic obsessiveness from his mother.
"I have a couple different sleeping spells and potions we could try. One of them might be able to override the magic you're already under. We could try to discourage the god, although, being a god we're probably not powerful enough. We could try to remove the god's influence over you. But I'm a little hesitant not knowing how my magic would interact with magic from your world. We might want to do small tests first before we go head one. "
He took a deep breath.
"What I think you should try first is a spell to remember your past life, see things from her perspective. Have you ever tried that before?"

Trever and his other relatives that went to university told him so.
"Also he's not here," Kale added, removing his gloves. He set them on the table before crumbling up his toast into his eggs. "Spells of that sort, as far as I know, work best with the actual individual involved. Might have to involve the Morrigan too, since she's the one in charge of my soul."
And Kale's not lying here - the consort also had a twin brother and both of them agreed to the reincarnation cycle. Kale just doesn't have any of the weird... side effects.
"Which past life? And no. It was really only a recent thing... maybe a few months or so since I found out."
