Visiting Pacifica (OPEN TO ALL)
[[ooc: Feel free to interact with Fujin anywhere in the locations listed in this post! (Though I know the one in the air is difficult for most characters, one can at least easily get his attention and he can come down) <3
Added note: The timing of this post, is roughly 3-4 days after Fujin's initial arrival. He spent most if not all of that time sound asleep as his body worked on healing itself. He was able to be cleared and leave sickbay once he woke up and got checked out. The day this log takes place is probably the day before the Enterprise leaves Pacifica (if I'm looking at the calendar right.)
I will most likely be tagging into the sickbay log when that comes up anyway so docs in sick bay can check up on him. :)]]
Arriving
After almost dying on arrival a mere few days ago (of which he slept most of those days), and still needing more rest to fully recover - visiting a foreign planet didn't seem like a good idea. But Fujin, separated from home and the life force of his own realm, insisted on it. He wanted to taste real air and be one with real winds. Real elements. Not whatever replicated environment the ship provided. His reasoning was that it would aid in recovering what energy he had lost both physically and energetically.
And so, the wind god had himself teleported down.
The moment his feet touched the sand of the white beaches, hearing the roar of the ocean waves and feeling the warmth of the sun and the salt kissed breezes - Fujin wrapped the winds about himself and shot straight up into the air. Sure it probably was a bad idea still as weakened as he was - but he was using the planet's winds, not his own so it would be fine, right? Besides, once he was hovering about a couple hundred feet up - all he could do was float with his eyes closed and arms spread, face towards the sun in absolute bliss.
It wasn't Earthrealm but by the Elder Gods it was wonderful.
Surprise nap/On the beach
Later, Fujin found a spot to relax on the sand under the shade of a tree. It was a spot close to the water where it was calmer and quieter. After being airborne for a while, he had grown quite tired. His intention was to meditate and enjoy the serenity of the area. But the warmth of the sand permeating his body and the natural world around him actually made him relaxed and drowsy. Sleep was a strange thing - and not something he really did. But there he was, sprawled on the warm sand comfortably and enjoying an impromptu nap.
Later, he even stayed so that he could enjoy the sunset and watch the stars come out. It had been a long time since he felt a peace such as this.
Marketplace
Fujin also took some time to wander the local marketplace, looking at the various foods and goods curiously. As an immortal, he didn't really need to eat to survive. But he really liked tea now and again. His long, braided white hair practically glowed in the sunlight, contrasting with his tanned skin as he walked along, content to people watch and decide if he wanted to try any food or drink while here. He was easy to spot considering his height and glowing white eyes. Anyone who spoke to him was met with a soft and polite word from the wind god.

He eventually released the winds making the water spout, allowing the water to fall back down into the sea. The winds gusted lustily, carrying him upward as the rains fell. Up near the base of the clouds, Fujin found Raiden enjoying his element. His winds howled and gusted safely around them, causing the rain to go sideways at times - not that he minded and he knew his brother wouldn't. The storm was small enough to not disrupt anything, and his wind barriers around it would help keep it that way. In their section of sky, it was misty and dark. Perfect.
"Just like old times!" Fujin called to his brother, allowing the winds to carry his voice. He floated contentedly on his back nearby, arms spread and let the rains lash at him as he looked upward. It felt wonderful. "Feeling better?" He teased in good humor.

"Are you?" His eyes open, a clear expression of contented calm fixed on Raiden as he looks over to his brother. He still worries some for Fujin's strength, but trusts the Wind god to know his limits, and not push himself too far.

"Much." Fujin nodded. "I will be pretty tired after this but by the Elders it is so worth it." His eyes were still dimmed, but he sighed happily. "The planet's elements are supplying what I need. I'm just guiding it along."
He closed his eyes for a few moments, winds embracing him. He savored it, knowing that it was only temporary. He didn't know much about this Enterprise, or how often it visited planets. He looked over at Raiden, his winds rustling the thunder god's clothing.
"It sure is good to see you content after so long, brother. It lightens my heart." He said with complete honesty. He knew that Raiden's burden was quite large, and he always worried for his brother.

It was sad to think of Fujin cooped up inside the ship until the next planet, but they could not stay here, as much as Raiden actually felt himself desiring to do so.
The rain is letting up, and the dark clouds are starting to let the sun through in little fingers of light. Their little squall is raining its last and Raiden is holding up his end of the adventure by letting it fade away. The lightning stops arcing to his hat as the final energies within the clouds discharge.
"Then I will be our return. You have done enough for me today, brother. Allow me do my part." He had not needed to physically recover on top of gaining back his energies and was better off than Fujin, though only marginally so. Regardless, he still had more energy to give than his brother, and he would not make him expend any more than he really needed.

Though he was glad he was able to enjoy a storm at all. And with his brother.
To add to the moment, a rainbow started forming as more sun started coming through - shining through the last sprinkles of rain. Fujin floated closer and clasped Raiden's shoulder when it was safe to do so, just silently taking it all in. Once the clouds dissipated enough, he released the wind barrier he had created to contain everything. He finally lowered his eyes with a sigh (though it was content) and nodded at his brother's suggestion.
"All right." He said, with a last look at the fading clouds, and the remnants of the rainbow. It sure was beautiful, even on this foreign world.

With a pleased nod, he sets his hand on Fujin's shoulder, and while he can't transport like he used to, he can still conduct them along a lightning bolt that will take them quickly back to their starting point. He doesn't land, not wanting to turn the sand to glass, stopping them above the little cove with a roll of thunder.
He looks down to their footprints in the sand, and then brings them back down to the ground with a relaxed sigh.
"Thank you, Fujin."

"Anytime." He inclined his head. "It was the least I could do, my dear old friend." His soft spoken voice was warm with open affection. He leaned into Raiden's shoulder for a moment, giving it a fond shake before letting him go and heading back to where his things lay in the shade under the tree. "We should make a habit of doing that any time we visit a world. I wonder how often this ship visits planets anyway..."
There was an embroidered bag sitting there by his clothes where he had gotten a couple things from the market. He intended on going back there later to continue exploring. He reached in and pulled out a small shaped bottle of what looked like blue sea glass. He then worked on wringing out his braid and carefully collected the rain water that dripped off the tip into the bottle. When it was full, he capped it and looked down at it for a moment before putting it into the bag. There was a few more things he was hoping on collecting before leaving this world.

"We will make it a habit. I swear to it. I do not know how long it will be until our next landfall, but I promise we will do this again." Raiden stays in the sun, letting himself dry out but he watches Fujin curiously as he captures the rainwater from his hair. Raiden's never seen him do this before, and he wonders if it has something to do with the state of his arrival. Either way, it's clear it means much to the Wind god, and Raiden turns his face toward the sun, giving him a moment.
