Visiting Pacifica (OPEN TO ALL)
[[ooc: Feel free to interact with Fujin anywhere in the locations listed in this post! (Though I know the one in the air is difficult for most characters, one can at least easily get his attention and he can come down) <3
Added note: The timing of this post, is roughly 3-4 days after Fujin's initial arrival. He spent most if not all of that time sound asleep as his body worked on healing itself. He was able to be cleared and leave sickbay once he woke up and got checked out. The day this log takes place is probably the day before the Enterprise leaves Pacifica (if I'm looking at the calendar right.)
I will most likely be tagging into the sickbay log when that comes up anyway so docs in sick bay can check up on him. :)]]
Arriving
After almost dying on arrival a mere few days ago (of which he slept most of those days), and still needing more rest to fully recover - visiting a foreign planet didn't seem like a good idea. But Fujin, separated from home and the life force of his own realm, insisted on it. He wanted to taste real air and be one with real winds. Real elements. Not whatever replicated environment the ship provided. His reasoning was that it would aid in recovering what energy he had lost both physically and energetically.
And so, the wind god had himself teleported down.
The moment his feet touched the sand of the white beaches, hearing the roar of the ocean waves and feeling the warmth of the sun and the salt kissed breezes - Fujin wrapped the winds about himself and shot straight up into the air. Sure it probably was a bad idea still as weakened as he was - but he was using the planet's winds, not his own so it would be fine, right? Besides, once he was hovering about a couple hundred feet up - all he could do was float with his eyes closed and arms spread, face towards the sun in absolute bliss.
It wasn't Earthrealm but by the Elder Gods it was wonderful.
Surprise nap/On the beach
Later, Fujin found a spot to relax on the sand under the shade of a tree. It was a spot close to the water where it was calmer and quieter. After being airborne for a while, he had grown quite tired. His intention was to meditate and enjoy the serenity of the area. But the warmth of the sand permeating his body and the natural world around him actually made him relaxed and drowsy. Sleep was a strange thing - and not something he really did. But there he was, sprawled on the warm sand comfortably and enjoying an impromptu nap.
Later, he even stayed so that he could enjoy the sunset and watch the stars come out. It had been a long time since he felt a peace such as this.
Marketplace
Fujin also took some time to wander the local marketplace, looking at the various foods and goods curiously. As an immortal, he didn't really need to eat to survive. But he really liked tea now and again. His long, braided white hair practically glowed in the sunlight, contrasting with his tanned skin as he walked along, content to people watch and decide if he wanted to try any food or drink while here. He was easy to spot considering his height and glowing white eyes. Anyone who spoke to him was met with a soft and polite word from the wind god.

The wind god coasted along a jet stream of air - making a circuit of the islands below. In a cloudless blue sky such as this, it was impossible not to have an amazing view.

She saw hawks, actual hawks, flying maneuvers below her. She watched clouds move about, doing whatever it was that clouds did. She felt the air moving over her face, the only thing she's let touch the flower writ there since she arrived. She knew this would have to end soon, but what little time she had to enjoy it, she was going to take.

Soon enough, it was time to land. Despite not expending of his own drained energy to allow the winds to carry him like this, he still grew tired. He would have to rest for a little bit before doing any more flying.
The winds howled safely around them in a funnel as they descended back to earth, heading back to the same beach they had departed from. When low enough to the water, it created a spray around them before he moved them forward towards the lands edge. Sand gusted a little and swirled as he lowered them both to the sand - the wind god looked wind blown but happy.

She had all but forgotten that he was there.

"I do not mind taking you flying again when time allows it." He said softly, his smile gentle. "I hear we will be leaving this planet soon, but no doubt I will be visiting any world we encounter to get off the ship and taste new winds."
He looked up at the sky, dimmed eyes wistful. "I would still be up there if my energies were not at their weakest." He looked back at the girl, inclining his head.
"After all this, I still do not know your name." He said, tones tinged with quiet humor.

She blinked then snorted a half laugh when he said he didn't know her name. "Private Kaylin Neya, of the Hawks."

"Well, Kaylin Neya of the Hawks - it was an honor and a pleasure to share the sky with you. I look forward to it again." He said with genuine warmth in his tones. He found he had enjoyed sharing the freedom of flight with another that enjoyed it just as much.
"I must go find a place to briefly rest. I plan on checking out the market later. I am sure we'll see each other again."
And now you know why she was staring at the ocean, all conflicted.
She looked up at the sky again, longingly, even as he left.
