Captains Log, Stardate 43497.8: Patience is growing thin with our current situation. Despite the best efforts of our chief engineer, the Enterprise remains adrift, all the while new and strange lifeforms keep appearing on-board. While no one has yet shown hostility toward the ship or her complement, the scientists and engineers we were tasked with transporting to Alemar III are growing understandably anxious. I have called a meeting with the lead scientist, Dr. Johanna Sk'Amor, in the hopes that I can allay this growing unrest...

If you so happened to visit Ten Forward the past few days, you would notice a Starfleet Officer in Operations Gold sat in a chair at a table. The same chair and the same table every day.

Lt. Cdr. Terzen T'Karr has recently found it habit to wander down to Ten Forward when not assisting with whatever the Enterprise's crew need him to do (in the limited fashion of which he's allowed, but he's not complaining). He figures that any more sudden additions to the crew would end up here, or, at least, find their way here eventually.

Whilst he's not the ship's counsellor, he is half-Betazoid. Emotional trauma hits him deep, and suddenly finding yourself in another pocket dimension, or whatever Q's cooked up for them, is a source of such trauma. He knows.

And it's because he knows that he's making himself seem completely available, with only a hot drink in front of him. Today, it's cocoa. He looks around the lounge with a neutral, calm expression, looking for anyone who might need assistance.

He has long since adjusted to the emotional traffic on-board the Enterprise, so why not help out? He has first-hand experience, after all.

He takes a sip of his cocoa. Come bug him, why don't you? That's why he's here.

Lucie stepped into Ten Forward, following the dog Bernie. With her were the young Andrew, and, of course, the Doctor.

She glanced around the area. Outer space visible through the portals didn't even make her blink; she was used to it, running with the Doctor. Strange games, odd-looking drinks, strange food, patrons both human and alien. Right.

She looked back to the Doctor.

"Looks safe enough. Let's get a seat and something edible, aye?"
