[Sickbay]: Round Three scans and vaccines

New guests have arrived on the Enterprise, and that means Lieutenant Worf and his security detail are busy once again bringing them to see Dr. Crusher. Sickbay is fairly typical for a hospital. There are no terrifying devices or humming machines you could see in a sci-fi thriller. The biobeds along the walls are equipped with biofunction monitors, but look fairly standard. Instead of silver trays filled with metal tools and sawblades, there are an array of small devices that look as harmless as cell phones.
As for the staff, they're all well-groomed and friendly. As a matter of fact, all personnel look harmless. Well, perhaps excluding the sun avatar, but Trance Gemini is as skilled as the Starfleet officers.
"All right, come in," one of them calls out as you enter. "Don't be shy. It's just a scan and a hypospray, nothing to worry about."
Probably.
[ooc: Same rules as before: this is an open log for everybody. Tagging isn't mandatory, but going to sickbay is. So if you'd prefer to skip threading with one of our doctors, you can handwave that your character got a clean bill of health and a shot and were sent on their merry way. For those who are tagging, we have Julian Bashir, Trance Gemini, and Rory Williams on deck, so please specify in the subject line of your tag who you would like. Beverly Crusher can be available if needed, but the player may not always be available. If you would like more details about sickbay, here's the wiki page. If you haven't made your intro yet, you can assume the doctors will want to see your character shortly after they arrive.]
Open to any medical staff. (Potential CR with Rory preferrable)
He sat on the bed and waited, while he questioned everything he saw. "What is the scan for?" He asked while he eyed the device while he remained as polite as possible.
He wasn't human, and he knew it. His retracted wings would show up on the scan, his heightened senses, healing and mutations would be known among the staff and most likely documented. He was prepared to answer questions as well, considering that they most likely would see the similarities between him and Genesis, though he was unaware how much they knew.
He was weary of tests of any kind, especially should they choose to draw blood, though he was uncertain about the vaccines or what they would do to his own physiology.

And the best way to get this over with is to go and bother a medical officer in the middle of something. He had to find the man in charge and while Lucie already said she was going to go find the man he would still want to talk to the Captain himself.
"Hello, I'm the Doctor. May I talk to someone please?"

Trance (with pre-arranged threadjacking by Julian :D)
Oh yeah. He gets it.
That doesn't mean he's particularly happy about showing up for shots. He hates shots, and the reassurance that it's 'just a hypospray' does nothing to improve his mood.
(He hates hypos, too.)
So when Dylan arrives in sickbay -- eying the security detail, who really don't need to escort him, but who, again, he understands -- he doesn't wait for the next available medic.
Instead, as soon as Trance's back is turned, he heads straight for the bed nearest her and settles himself on its edge, hands pressed into its surface, and prepares a smile that's more dry resignation than anything else.
It's pretty damn hard to surprise Trance, and he probably won't, but that doesn't stop him trying.
"Hi."

Re: TW: drug withdrawal

"I wish there were hazmat suits onboard," he can be heard saying. That way he could have escaped quarantine sooner that. "You guys should look into that." He's pretty confident they will know what those are. This place has technology which is nearly as good as the ancients.
"Whose the lucky person who gets to give me the once over?"

open to any medical staff (who want to deal with metal claws)
There is a small trickle of blood from where the claws pierce her skin. The holes themselves are almost closed over. It hurts. It does every time she uses them but she accepts this as normal.
"What does the hypospray contain?"
welp. let's see how rory can handle a teeny wolverine
good luck Rory

Open to anyone in a Starfleet uniform
She held a PADD containing what records had been established for herself and her child so that they wouldn't have to start completely from scratch.
suppose that'd be me!

Open to any medical staff.
So Clay is standing in the medical center trying to avoid what he is trying to tell himself isn't inevitable, yet it is.
This should be fun :)

Julian!
She stops on crossing through the doorway, shoving down the urge to turn around and walk right back out. No one here has any intent to harm her, as far as she is aware, and the medical equipment here is nothing like the instruments of torture Hakeev and his cronies used on her all those months ago; she takes a breath, steeling herself, and moves further into the room, glancing around. All she can hope is that the apprehension she's feeling isn't obvious on her face.

Bashir!
This was ridiculous. Rolling his eyes at his escort, the man took a seat and waited.
"This is stupid."

He fiddles with his jacket. "I brought Bernie too," the boy offers tilting his head slightly. His dog is in a good mood as there are more new people to sniff.
"I thought... I thought you might need to see him, too. I know you're not vets but... um..." He glances away looking a little embarrassed. He hates feeling so unsure of himself.
